Login to Paperless Employee Portal:

  • First, navigate to the portal login page with through a network-connected device.
  • Now, provide your login credentials like User ID and Password for getting access to your pay stubs and w2 statements.

First time or New User? Create an Account:

If you are a new or first-time user, creating an account in this portal is needed first. Without creating an account, it is not possible to get access to this portal. For creating an account, please follow the following instructions.

  • From the login page, Please follow the Create Account option.
  • Provide your 9 digits of Social Security Number (SSN) where it cannot start with “000” or “666”.
  • Provide your Date of birth following the format as mm-dd-yyyy.
  • Complete reCAPTCHA verification and click on Authenticate & Create Account button.
  • You may provide your personal information according to the requirements as the First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name, address, etc.
  • Then create your unique User ID and Password as login credentials, following the instructions and requirements carefully.
  • Answer three security questions.
  • Provide and verify your contact information according to the system instruction.
  • In the end, choose your electronic statement notification option and the way you want to receive your pay statements.

Now, you can log in with your User ID and Password for getting your Pay Statements and W2 statements or Year-End Tax Statements.

Forgot your User ID or Password?

You can retrieve your forgotten User ID and Password with Forgot User ID or Password option from the login page.

If you want to retrieve your User Id, then you have to provide your Social Security Number (SSN) not started with “000” or “666” and Date of birth following the format as mm-dd-yyyy.

If you forget your password, you can reset it by providing and verifying your User ID by clicking on the password option.

Smoothie King Pay stub, W2s and Employment Verification

Pay stub and W2

Paystub is evidence of working hours, tax, and wages of an employee for a definite period. Previously it was a manual paycheck. Nowadays, it became a digital service where there is no physical activity like withdrawing payment hand to hand.

When you are an employee of the Smoothie King Company, you can get access to Paychex’s digital payroll service, which is known as Paychex flex, know about your pay stubs, and manage your personal information also. Your W2 statements are also available here. To know your pay stub and W2 statements, you have to log in to Paychex Flex with username and password. But first, you have to sign up here.

How to Sign up?

  1. First, browse
  2. Click on the Sign-Up option
  3. Enter your personal information properly as Name, Date of Birth, Social Security Number, Phone Number, Home Address, City, State, Zip, and County, etc. and click on the Continue button.
  4. Then you will get a pop-up window on the screen and have to review and verify your entered information. If everything is correct, then click on the Yes button.
  5. Then you have to answer some security questions as security information and click the continue button.
  6. The next step is the security level. You can choose your security level as Highly Recommended on When I log in from an unrecognized device. Besides this, you have to select a default method to receive verification codes as Highly Recommended on the Text Me option. Now you have to click on a checkbox as I acknowledge I have read and understood the user security levels and clicked on the Continue button.
  7. In this step, you have to create a User name and Password and provide a primary Email address. You also have to verify Password and Primary Email Address by entering the same password and Email again on the definite field. Please, follow the password requirements when you enter the password.
  8. An Email will be sent to your Email Address, and you have to activate your Paychex Flex account by clicking on the link sent to your Email address.
  9. If you don’t get an email or don’t verify after getting an email, then you can resend the email to your address by clicking on the Resend Email button after login back to Paychex Flex.

Employment Verification

When you need to verify your employment as a Smoothie King employee, you have to browse this link: Then you will get an option as VERIFY A SMOOTHIE KING EMPLOYEE and click on it. Then you have to provide some information for your verification as Name, Emil, Social Security Number, and have to select the purpose of verification from a dropdown list. Besides these, you have to upload the Employee Authorization Form. Finally, you have to click on the SUBMIT button to complete your request to verify your employment. If you fail to upload Employee Authorization Form, it may delay 2 weeks of verifying your request. To take this service from True Work, you have to pay $20 while submitting a verification request.


Paychex Flex

Schwans Pay Stubs, W2s & Employment Verification

Schwan’s is a large food company with approximately 12000 employees. Employees can manage their personal information and learn about their careers. Different kinds of benefits from My Schwan Career where login ID is First Name + Last Initial + Last Four of SSN (Example: SteveJ1234) and temporary password is  Last Name + Last 4 of SSN (Example: Jobs1234). And Schwans is linked with iPay (ADP) service for maintaining pay stubs and W2 statements of the employees.

Pay stubs and W2

ADP is one of the largest and most faithful third-party payroll service providers. Schwan’s employees can know about their pay stubs details here. By logging into ADP iPay service, employees can understand about pay time, paycheck, etc. You will be able to see your W2 statements also here. Here, online statements will be available for three years only. You have to sign up as a direct deposit, and you can enroll in direct deposit with log in to your account.

How to login

Forget User ID/ Password

If you forgot your User Id / Password, you could restore your User Id/ Password by clicking on Forger your ID/ Password? Button and following proper steps.

New user?

If you are a new user or do not have a User ID and Password, how will you login?? Don’t worry; you can log in here by completing the registration, and then you will get a User Id and Password for future login.

Registration process

For completing the registration process, you have to follow some steps successively.

  • Click on the REGISTER NOW button located below on the login page.
  • Then you have to provide a Registration code or passcode: schwans-w2 for navigating to the next step.
  • Then you have to follow the Enter information option and provide First Name, Last Name, and Employee ID, Last 4 digits of SSN / EIN / ITIN, Birthdate, and reCAPTCHA verification, then click on Continue.
  • On the other hand, you can import and verify your information if you account for Capital One. For this reason, click on Send verified info from the capital one account option and sign in to the capital one account.
  • Then get or create your User ID and Set Password.
  • By clicking the Next button, you will be provided some security questions, and you have to select and answer three questions.
  • Then you may be prompted to read the terms and conditions and select I agree checkbox.
  • By clicking on the Register button, you will complete the registration process.
  • Finally, you have to provide contact information and activate contact devices with phone numbers and Email verification.
  • From now, you will be able to log in to ADP service with the User Id and Password.

Employment verification:

Employment verification is an important matter to prove someone’s employment and income by a government agency, an employer, or other organizations. The different company uses different policy for employment verification. To complete employment and income verification for current and former employees, Schwans Company uses Work Number. They use the Work Number for verification because it is very familiar with mortgage lenders, banks, apartment complexes, etc.



Toys R US Pay Stubs & W2s

Team Members: ADP self-service portal has been selected to access and manage your payments online starting from 1 July 2018. The portal gives you access to personal data, W-4 information, pay statements, and tax statement at any time from anywhere. To access, you must register to become an authorized user. If you have previously registered but forgot your password, you can recover your password using the Forgot Password link.  The past self-service portal (Workday) has shut off on July 15, 2018, which means no longer a Workday subscription. Therefore, as a team member of Toys R Us, you can use the ADP portal to access your pay stubs and W-2 information.

Logging In To the ADP

To log on to identify yourself and access your pay statement and W2 statement, follow these steps:

  1. Begin by accessing the ADP portal at
  2. Login to the portal using the account user ID, which is your first initial of your first name & full last name@toy and password you have created.


  1. To begin self-registration. Click on the SIGNUP button.
  2. Enter the Toys R US registration code for ADP (email at for personal registration code) and click on Go in the next step.
  3. If you have a capital one account, you can easily send the verified info to create your account. Otherwise, click on Enter Information.
  4. Enter the required information to identify yourself. Click on Continue.
  5. Enter your contact information and verify your email address and phone number with the verification code.
  6. You will be assigned a system-generated user ID in the next step. You have to create a password in this stage.
  7. You have also selected and provide the answer for a series of security questions and click on Register Now.
  8. Once you’ve registered, you have to log in using your newly created user ID and password.

Consent for Electronic Delivery/Go Paperless

  1. Click on Go Paperless under the “Resource Center, Things You Can Do” link.
  2. Read the agreement and agree to the terms. Click on, I AGREE.
  3. Enter the confirmation code and click on Save. This will take you to the Thank You page.

La Quinta Inns Pay Statement & W2s

La Quinta Inns is a subsidiary hotel chain of Wyndham Worldwide. La Quinta and all employees of Wyndham Destinations and its subsidiaries can also get online access to W-2s and pay statements. Wyndham takes the safety of employee’s personal data very seriously. As a result, the company has selected the ADP service to distribute the pay statement and W-2s online and on-time. And also selected the Work Number to handle the employment verification. To obtain your W2 statement online, a self-registration process and consent for electronic delivery are required. If you consent for electronic delivery, you will not receive a paper copy of W-2. You can access and print your Form W-2 using ADP self-service portal. Basically, electronic delivery provides access to the W-2 statement earlier than traditional mail delivery.

How to Access La Quinta Inns Pay Statement & W2s online

  1. Log in to the ADP self-service portal at

  3. Enter the Company Passcode, which is WWW-1234, and click on Go in the next step.

ADP self service  

Compass Group Pay Stubs & W2s

Ceridian access has been discontinued since the last day of November 2019. Since the 1st December 2019, pay stubs had been distributed online through OMS/CAP/ESS. The only current employee can access this portal when they complete the registration process of their account. Once done! They can log in to CAP/OMS/ESS immediately. Note [user name will be your personnel number and password will be what you create during the setup of your account]

Setup an Account

Go to the ESS website (See New REFERENCE) and click on the Register link.

Enter your information, including personnel number, the month of birth, last 4 digits of SSN, and the first letter of the Last Name (uppercase) to verify your identity. Click on Next.

Enter your phone number, email address, and click on Save. Once done all the required steps, you will be delivered a welcome message to your email address. Then you’ve to click on the “Complete Account Setup” link.

Established a password of your choice and select a few security questions and provide an answer for them. This will be used to recover your password when you forgot.  


Login to your account with the personnel ID and password you’ve created dur of your acc setpoint.

Once logged in, click on the Paystubs tab from home and click on the desired date. The Paystubs tab is located at the bottom of the mobile web and top on the web.

Select the date from the left side menu, and then you will be required a password to view/download your pay stubs, which are the last 5 digits of your SSN followed by your 2 digit month of birth and the first letter of your last name in uppercase. Example: SSN = 543-21-2345 Birth Month = January (01) Last Name = Smith – 1234501S.

The W-2 forms will be available online for active associates on or before 01/31/20 and mailed by 01/31/20 for Compass Group individuals no longer employed.

RehabCare paperless Pay

Paperless Pay will not be used for new pay stubs and W2s (year-2018). KNECT new self-service portal allows you to access your pay stubs and tax statement, W-4 information online since 1st June 2018. Paperless Pay will be used for only historical pay stubs and tax statements. KNECT new self-service portal is a secure website for employees working at Kindred health care, RehabCare, NPORT, and other Kindred associates. You will also find out essential references and links in this portal. All active employees of RehabCare have access to this site through the office and home and already registered for use. Pay stubs will be available to view and print before the day of the actual pay date on this portal. W2s will be available to view and print in the mid of January on this portal, but the hard copy will be mailed in the last week of January.

To access your pay stub information, sing on to the KNECT ESS-

If you have never used this system, you will need to log in with a username and password (same as your normal intranet ID).
Enter a secondary email.

Advance Auto Employee Pay stub & W2s

Advance Auto Parts, CARQUEST, and WORLDPAC team members/associates; The People Center allows you to review payroll, personal, benefits, and print pay statements and w2 forms. The People Center is a web-based program available at work computers. Pay stubs will be available on the evening before your payday, and W2 forms will be distributed no later than January 31 of each year. But you will have access to your W2 form at People center before the physical distribution. No longer subscription at the Ceridian payroll system. But you will access your old pay statement and tax statement from the Ceridian payroll system. To access, follow the instruction below to log into your account, then click on the My Reports tab located at the top right side of the home page.

Step to view pay stubs and W2s

Begin by accessing the People Center portal- The People Center portal is available at your worksite.

Log in using your Advance user ID and password. If you do not have an advanced user ID and password, contact your manager. If you need to have your password reset for Advance user ID, you can contact me at 1-8000-310-4243. The HR support center representative will ask you to enter your store number and six digits team member ID number.

Once logged in, you will see the main screen organized by My Home, My Learning, My HR, My Performance, and My Reports tab.

The most recent pay stub will be presented first. Select the pay stub you wish to view/print.

Dunkin Donuts Workers; this article provides you with the basic information needed to access your pay statement and year-end tax statement online. ePay powered by iSystems LLC is your payroll provider, therefore using the ePay, you can view your pay statement online. Your pay stubs will be available no later than 9:00 am of your scheduled payday. Your W-2 Forms are also available online at the same site, and new W-2s will be available around January 25. To access ePay, you have to log in with the authority provided username and password. Basically all employees are pre-registered. Here are some helpful instructions on how to log in.

Directions for Accessing Pay stubs and W-2 Forms Online-

Petco Pay Stubs & W2s Online

Petco Employees; this article provides you with the necessary information to access your pay statement and year-end tax statement online. According to the Petco payroll office, using Oracle ESS, you can view up to one month of your pay statements, and using the ADP W2 portal, you can view up to 3 years of tax statement online. Both portals give you a detailed and comprehensive look at your pay statements and tax statements. Pay statements will be available in Oracle ESS the day before the scheduled payday. Your new tax statement will be available on ADP in the last week of January each year. The instructions below highlight the steps for access Oracle ESS and ADP Online.

Access Oracle ESS

Oracle ESS is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. The ESS allows you to view your pay statement and print them to PDF. To access this portal, you will need an Employee ID and password.

At the ESS login screen, login with the user name and password. The user name is your Employee ID that is found on your current paper pay stubs. And the password is you created when the first-time login. Your password is the last 4 digits of your social security number, 2 digit birth month, and 2 digit birth year if you are a new user. Once logged in, you can access a specific pay statement, manage your direct deposit, benefits link, time card, and much more.

Access ADP

To access ADP, you must register as an ADP user. Registration is a one-time process. When registering, you will be asking for a registration passcode (check your email for registration passcode). You will also be asking for personal information and contact information. If you want to connect ADP online from your mobile device, now you have easy access to your year-end tax statement and more. ADP mobile apps are available on Google Play and Apple store. But you can’t register your account using a mobile app.

At ADP login screen, login with user name and password. If you are a new user, click on Register Now and follow the prompts.

Once you complete your registration, login with the system assigned user ID and your password.
Now enjoy; 3 years of tax statement will be available. If you are a new employee, your W-2 will be available soon after your company process the last payroll of the year.
