Dear STEIN MART associates– you can choose an option from direct deposit or pay card (powered by Money Network service) to get paid early without cost. Even there is no hidden charge. If you do not decide to select any option for your payroll within 30 days from your employment, you will automatically enroll into the pay card. If you have selected the option to deposit directly into the bank account, you first check will be a paper check and your pay stub will be attached to the check. However, you can choose also to view your Stein Mart pay stubs and W-2s statement online without cost. But if you choose the pay card and optional paper statement option, then you have to pay $2.95 for monthly paper statement. You will view and print a statement of earnings and year-end tax statement only on The E-payroll services are available for registered user only.

To get started for the first time, you will need to logging in with SSN and temporary PIN which is your DOB in MMDDYYYY. You will be also required to complete the six steps risk based authentication. Once you have completed the risk based authentication, you may log out.

Consent for Electronic Delivery

All associates will be prompted to select the delivery options during first time login. To get the form electronically, you have to give a consent for electronic delivery. If you have not previously consented, you can do now, it is simple-

  2. Read and accept the disclosure notice for online delivery and tick the “I understand and accept…” check box.
  3. Click on “Accept and Continue
  4. Setup and verify to receive notification email form Paperless Pay and click on Submit.
  5. To check your setup, click on “Test Now” and view your statement online.

Employment Verification

According to Stein Mart HR office, all employment verifications are online through and you will not charge for this service. For proof of your employment, give the following information to the person who requesting for your proof of employment.

For proof of income, you have to create a salary key. To create a salary key, go to and click on Employees. You will be asked provide your employer code 11915, SSN and DOB etc.


Tax Form Management

RGIS Pay Stubs & W2s

As a RGIS employee, you are eligible for access your pay statement and W2 statements online. You can access that information from home, work station, really any web browser. Nowadays, smartphone or mobile is our world, for this reason- the selected service provider offers the opportunity to access your pay stubs and W-2s on your iPhone or android smartphone with app whenever and wherever you want. At RGIS, you will be paid bi-weekly and pay statement will be available on Paperless Employee. The Paperless Employee is a third party provider who maintain your pay statement online. On the other hand, you will be receive your Form W2 either by US postal service or online through the ADP W-2 portal. The ADP is another third party service provider who prints and maintains W-2 electronically.

Access your Pay Statements

Access RGIS W2s online

Toys R US Pay Stubs & W2s

Team Members: ADP self-service portal has been selected to access and manage your pay online starting from 1 July 2018. The portal gives you access to personal data, W-4 information, pay statements and tax statement at anytime from anywhere. In order to access, you must register to become an authorized user. If you have previously registered, but forgot your password, you can recover your password using Forgot Password link.  The past self-service portal (Workday) has shut off on July 15, 2018, that means no longer subscription in Workday. Therefore, as a team member of Toys R US, you can use the ADP portal to access your pay stubs and W-2 information.

Logging In To the ADP

To log on to identify yourself and access your pay statement and W2 statement, follow these steps:

  1. Begin by accessing the ADP portal at
  2. Login to the portal using the account user ID which is you first initial of your first name & full last name@toy and password you have created.


  1. To begin self-registration. Click on SIGN UP button.
  2. Enter the Toys R US registration code for ADP (email at for personal registration code) and click on Go in the next step.
  3. If you have capital one account, then you can send the verified info to create your account easily. Otherwise click on Enter Information.
  4. Enter the required information to identify yourself. Click on Continue.
  5. Enter your contact information and verify your email address and phone number with verification code.
  6. You will be assigned a system generated user ID in the next step, you have to create a password in this stage.
  7. You have also select and provide answer for a series of security questions and click on Register Now.
  8. Once you’ve registered, you have to login using your newly created user ID and password.

Consent for Electronic Delivery/Go Paperless

  1. Click on Go Paperless under “Resource Center, Things You can Do” link
  2. Read the agreement and agree to the terms. Click on I AGREE.
  3. Enter the conformation code and click on Save. This will take you to Thank You page.

JBS Pilgrim’s Pay Stubs & W2s

JBS (a majority shareholder of Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation) make staff resources available to all its staffs at work and at home. Therefore, as a team member of JBS Pilgrim’s you have the option to access your pay stubs and W-2s wages and tax statement online. In order to access your pay stub or W-2 and tax information online, you must use the TALX paperless Pay or Tax Form Management website. Do not enter your information in other website to access your pay stub or W2s. Please note, the Tax Form Management or Paperless Pay Corporation never ask you to put your password into an email message, but scammers will. Therefore, do not share your password and confidential information with others. To start follow the following steps-

To Access Paperless Pay/Tax Form Management

Step One: Log In- You will need the following information about yourself and the JBS.

8 digit Employee ID: your employee ID is six digits, so you need to add two leading zeroes to be 8 digits.     

Therefore, you have to visit an address, the loading page will be ask for your employer code then enter 11543. Once entered the login page will appear, click on Click Here to login and login your employee ID PIN.

Step Two: New user- First time user’s need to complete the more steps and change their password. Which is also known as six steps risk based authentication. Once you have completed the risk based authentication, you will login on a regular basis at this portal.

Step Three: Consent for Online Delivery– You have provide to a consent for electronic delivery of your pay stubs and W-2s. Otherwise your W-2s will be mailed no later than January 31st, to your address on record and pay stubs will be available at your work station.

Step Four: View and Print– After providing the consent for online delivery, you can click on Test Now button to see a preview and print out. New pay stubs will be post on the evening before the day of pay day and new W-2s statement will be post on 24th January of each year. Therefore, to view your pay stubs or W-2 click on the view link then it will be open as PDF format then print it off.
