RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. is a Georgia based family-owned company in the United States. Now it is the 3rd largest chain of gasoline service stations and retail convenience stores in Georgia states. This company serves the peoples with four operating departments as RaceTrac, Metroplex Energy, Energy Dispatch, and RaceWay. There are over 650 gasoline service stations and retail convenience stores under the RaceTrac brand operated by the Company. The RaceWay brand has almost 350 locations at different places in the southern region managed by the Contract Operators. RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. provides the ability to all the associated employees for receiving the electronic pay stubs and W2 statements with getting access to the My Trac Employee Self Service Portal.
How to get access to the My Trac Payroll Portal?
- Navigate to the My Trac Employee Self Service Portal login page using this link: https://mytrac2.racetrac.com/lawson/portal via Internet Explorer browser, making sure that your computer or laptop is connected to the internet.
[N.B. My Trac does not support any other browsers to accept Internet Explorer. If you are using Internet Explorer version 10 or more updated, switch to the Compatibility View mode or add the portal URL to the Compatibility View Setting.
- Now you will view the login form (If you can’t see then reload the web page) and enter your User Name, Password, and Last four digits of your SSN (Social Security Number).
- Click on the login button.
Now, you can view your Payroll related information in detail, and forgoing the W2 statements option, the system will instruct you.
First time user?
Step 1: If you are using this portal as a first-time user, click on the link as “First-time users click here” from the login page. This will navigate you to the Registration page.
Step 2: Complete your registration process by providing your Social Security Number (SSN), Date of Birth following “MM/DD/YY” format, First 5 digits of your home Zip Code, click on the “I agree to RaceTrac’s Terms and Conditions” checkbox and finally click on the “Submit” button. Now, the system will execute a validation check for verifying you as an authorized user.
Step 3: (Only for the SSC Employees) If you are an SSC employee, you have to submit your RaceTrac network logon as the same “User Name” you are using to log into the RaceTrac or Energy Dispatch computer.
Step 4: Store Employees will be provided a User Name by the system. Now, type and confirm your password on the input fields you want to log in to this portal and click on the Submit button.
Step 5: You will be able to view a successful message with the hyperlink (here) for redirecting to the login page.
You can log in with your User Name and Password for receiving your electric documents from the login page.
