However, it is essential to note that all employees of Select Staffing, regardless of whether they receive their pay through direct deposit or pay cards, can access their pay stubs using the Comdata web portal. The following are step-by-step instructions for accessing pay stubs through the Comdata web portal.

  • Step 1: Open the Comdata Web Portal

To start, open a browser and navigate the Comdata web portal by entering the URL: https://w6.iconnectdata.com/chth/Controller?XFunction=LoginPage.

  • Step 2: Log in to Your Account

Please input your username and password in their designated fields on the login page. If you haven’t yet registered for the system, please consult your manager or payroll administrator at the local office for detailed instructions. You must provide your birth date (DOB) and Social Security Number (SSN) to join the program during registration.

  • Step 3: Access the Paystub Section

Once successfully logged in, locate the “Banking” menu and select the “Paystub” option. This action will open a new window, redirecting you to the Comdata-branded USVerify paystub site in a separate browser window.

  • Step 4: View Your Paystub Details

Upon being redirected to the USVerify paystub site, you will be presented with the Employee Details screen, which confirms your validation. To access your paystub details, click the “View” button on this screen or select the “View Paystubs” link.

How to Access Select Staffing W2s Online?

Paperless Employee is a service that your employer (Select Staffing) has partnered with to provide you with electronic access to your annual W-2 forms and other important documents. To conveniently access your 2023 W-2 form online, you need to sign up for Paperless Employee before January 5, 2024. By doing so, you can receive your W-2 as early as January 25. However, if you fail to sign up by the specified date, your W-2 will be mailed to the address on file via USPS. Make sure to take advantage of the online delivery option for a quicker and more efficient process. The following are step-by-step instructions for accessing w2s through the Paperless Employee web portal. Let’s get started!

  • Step 1: Access the Paperless Employee Web Portal

To begin, open a browser and visit the website: https://www.paperlessemployee.com/Associates/PE.

  • Step 2: Login or Create an Account

If you are logging in for the first time, click the “Create Account” button on the screen’s right side. For existing users, enter your username and password to log in.

  • Step 3: Authenticate and Create Your Account

To create a new account, you will need your Associate ID, Social Security Number, and the first three letters of your Last Name. Enter this information and click “Authenticate & Create Account.”

  • Step 4: Fill in the Required Fields

Fill in the required fields and create a User ID and Password for your Paperless Employee account.

  • Step 5: Set up Security Questions

Add your security questions and answers to enhance the security of your account. Click “Save Security Questions” to proceed.

  • Step 6: Verify Your Email

Add your primary personal email address and click “Verify Email.” If desired, you may also add an alternate email address and a cell phone number. Remember to verify your email to gain access to your account.

  • Step 7: Select Electronic Statement Notification Options

Choose your preferred electronic statement notification options and click “Save Notification Option Settings.”

  • Step 8: Account Creation Confirmation

You will get an email confirmation “Congratulations! Your account has been successfully created” from no-reply@PaperlessEmployee.com to the email address you provided in Step 6.

If you did not consent to the electronic delivery of your W-2s during account creation, follow these additional steps:

  • Click “Manage Electronic Tax Statement Options.”
  • Consent to electronic delivery to receive your W-2s electronically.
  • Step 9: Access Your W-2s

To view your current year W-2, you have two options:

  • Click “Year-End Tax Statements” in the left navigation menu.
  • Click “Access Current Year-End Statements” in the main section of the home page.
  • Step 10: Download Your W-2 Form

Check the box of the tax statement you need in the Select column. Click the “Review & Complete Order” button to download the form.
