Login to Paperless Employee Portal

First, go to the Paperless employee portal login page using this URL: https://www.paperlessemployee.com/helpathomeoxfordhealth through a network-connected device.

Then login to this portal, providing your login credentials like User ID and Password.

Your Pay stubs and W2 statements are now available to you in this portal.

Create an Account:

You will not be able to log in to this portal without creating an account. So first-time or new users have to create an account following these steps:

Step 1: Go to the portal login page using the URL and click on the “Create Account” option from the login page’s right section.

Step 2: Complete the Authentication process and create an account providing the required information as 12 digits of your Employee ID, Social Security Number (SSN) or Social Insurance Number (SIN), the first 3 letters of your Last Name without including spaces, dashes, or apostrophes, Complete the reCAPTCHA verification and click on Authenticate & Create Account button.

Step 3: Provide your personal information according to the requirements as First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, address, etc.

Step 4: Create your unique User ID and Password for your future login process. The system will provide the instructions and requirements on the screen.

Step 5: Answer three security questions because the system may verify you with these questions in the future. Then provide and verify your contact information following the instructions on the screen provided by the system.

Step 6: As a final point, select your electronic statement notification option and set up your pay statements receiving option.

After creating and setting up your account, you can log in with your User ID and Password for receiving (Viewing or downloading) your pay stubs and W2 statements electronically. You can select from the dashboard what you want today as Pay Statements or Year-End Tax Statements.
