Login to Paperless Employee Portal

First go to the Paperless employee portal log in page using this URL: https://www.paperlessemployee.com/helpathomeoxfordhealth through a network connected device.

Then log in to this portal providing your log in credentials as User ID and Password.

Now, your Pay stubs and W2 statements are available to you in this portal.

Create an Account:

You will not be able to log in to this portal without creating an account. So first time or new users have to create an account following these steps:

Step 1: Go to the portal log in page using the URL and click on the option as “Create Account” from the right section of the log in page.

Step 2: Complete the Authentication process and create account providing the required information as 12 digits of your Employee ID, Social Security Number (SSN) or Social Insurance Number (SIN), first 3 letters of your Last Name without including spaces, dashes, or apostrophes, Complete the reCAPTCHA verification and click on Authenticate & Create Account button.

Step 3: Provide your personal information according to the requirements as First Name, Middle Name and Last Name, address etc.

Step 4: Create your unique User ID and Password for your future log in process. System will provide the instructions and requirements on the screen.

Step 5: Answer three security questions because system may verify you with these questions in future. Then provide and verify your contact information following the instructions on the screen provided by the system.

Step 6: As a final point, select your electronic statement notification option and set up your pay statements receiving option.

After creating and setting up your account you are able to log in with your User ID and Password for receiving (Viewing or downloading) your pay stubs and W2 statements electronically. You can select from the dashboard what you want today as Pay Statements or Year-End Tax Statements.
