 How to Log in to the pay stub portal?

If you are an active employee of Henkels & McCoy, Inc. (H&M) and want to view your pay stub in detail with worked hours, overtime hours, payment, etc., you have to log in to your pay stub portal account at https://www.paystubportal.com/henkels recommended by your Company.

You can get access to your pay stub by logging in to the portal with your login credentials as Employee ID and PIN.

If you forgot your PIN, then you can retrieve it with Forgot your PIN. Option Submitting your Employee ID, Date of Birth (Format: If your birth date is October 15, then provide 1015), and the Last three digits of your SSN (Social Security Number).

Registration process:

If you are a first-time user or new user, then please, complete the following registration process.

1. Go to the portal link at https://www.paystubportal.com/henkels.
2. Now navigate to the Registration tab. Just click on Register Now option.
3. Input your Employee Number.
4. Input your Date of Birth following the format provided as instructed. (Format: If your birth date is October 15, then provide 1015)
5. Input the last 3 digits of your SSN (Social Security Number)
6. Now click on the Submit button.
7. Then follow the instructions carefully provided by the system and complete the registration process and create your PIN as a login credential.

You can now view & print your pay stubs in this portal and your pay stubs in detail with payroll-related information.

You can also get your pay summary via Phone, Text message, or email. You can know your pay summary via an automatic phone system by calling 888 959 3389 with providing your employee id, PIN, and Last four digits of your SSN. Besides, if you can get your pay summary via text message or email, you can enable this option by providing your phone number or email address.

W2:

You will get your w2 statement by 31 January at your home address. After signing in with your organizational account credentials, you can also know your W2 statement-related information from https://hmcentral.henkels.com.
