Wilson Electric is a privately held, majority-employee-owned electrical contractor company based in Tempe, Arizona, with branch offices in Arizona and the Southwest. It was founded in 1968, and the company has one main office and 5 branch offices with over 600 employees. In 2005, the company created an ESOP, and employees are 100% vested in the ESOP program after six years of employment. However, all employees will be paid weekly, and their paychecks can be deposited into a personal bank account. Once you have enrolled in the direct deposit program, an electronic version of your pay stubs will be available to access online through the Doculivery self-service portal. If you have not yet enrolled in the direct deposit program, contact your HR office to enroll in the automatic payroll deposit service.
How to access your Pay stubs online.
You can go to DOCULIVERY/WILSON website (see REFERENCE) or use the following URL: www.doculivery.com/Wilson. This will gives you access to your own data held in the system. An authorized employee can view their personal information, pay stub information, manage their account, and much more.
Enter your user ID, which is your Employee ID.
Enter your password (temporary password= last 4 digits of SSN) and click on the login button. If this is your first time logging in, you will be required to complete the following additional steps.
Select and provide the answer for four security questions: select a question from the drop-down menu and provide the answer, then click on Save.
Change your Password: new password must be at least 6 characters in length and contain at least one digit.
Enter your email address and click on Save Information.
Once you have completed the initial setup, click on the Pay Stubs tab, this will be displayed available pay stubs. If the field is blank, wait until the next pay period.
Click on a blue arrow icon under the Click To View field. If you want to print it out, click on the Print HTML Statement, or if you want to save it as a PDF file, click on View as a PDF.
