Stop and Shop Employee Pay Stub & W2s

Stop & Shop Supermarket Company’s employees would prefer online media or web portal to know about their pay stubs and w2 statements. Through online media or web portal, employees can know their pay stubs and w2 statements like regular salary for active hours or worked hours, compensations, wages, pay time, tax-related information, etc. Forasmuch as Stop & Shop Supermarket Company is a totally owned subsidiary of a retail company group based in the Netherland, Ahold Delhaize, so Stop & Shop Supermarket Company’s employees can access Ahold Delhaize’s Human Resource management web portal, which is known as HR Express. From this portal, employees can know about their benefits, policies, services and view or print pay statements and w2 statements in detail.

Log in process or access to My Online HR

  1. Go to the HR Express login page. http://myonlinehr.aholdapps.com/
  2. Provide User ID and Password, and PIN.
  3. If you haven’t set up a PIN, sign in from a store computer to set it up for the first time.
  4. Click on the Submit button.

Log in process or access to HR Express

  1. Go to the HR Express login page. http://www.myhrexpress.com/login.html
  2. Provide User ID and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN).
  3. Click on Begin Log in button.
  4. Follow on-screen instructions and provide valid information in the next steps.

*** If you face any problem with logging into this portal, then you can make a call at Ahold USA Retail Support Center – 1-855-246-5343 and follow option 2 > option 1 > option 6 by clicking on the button on your phone.

You can contact with your Store Manager or HR Coordinator if you have any query about your payroll related information or Human Resource Information System Data.

If you forget your user Id or Password / want to reset password / you are a first time user, then follow the following steps

  1. Go to Ahold Delhaize’s User Id and Password Assistance link: https://ws1.aholdusa.com/userid_assistance.htm.
  2. From the Ahold Delhaize USA Associates option, click on Stop and Shop option according to your Division.
  3. Now read the instructions carefully and click on your desired option as Ahold Delhaize User ID – Account Management application.
  4. Now provide Social Security Number (SSN), Date of birth, and Last name, including suffix according to the instruction on the screen, and there is given an example.
  5. Then click on the Submit button.
  6. In the next step, you can create or get your unique User ID and Password.

*** As a store user or role user, you can contact your store manager by making a call at 1-800-555-3599, and Corporate or Distribution Center users can make a call at 1-800-246-5334 for any query or problem about user id and password.

    As a new employee, I received my first paycheck. The Federal deductions amount is incorrect. It was not what I told the HR person when I was hired and signed the forms. How do I get to correct this for the next pay period. Also, I signed up for direct deposit. How long does it take to get my pay direct deposited? Thank you very much.

  2. I am also no longer employed by Stop n Shop. I never received my W2. I called the store I worked at and was told to login to the employee portal, which won’t let me login and is telling me my account is locked. Taxes are due today (7/15/20) and I still have not been provided with my W2 from Stop n Shop. Every attempt I’ve made to retrieve my W2 from the company has been unsuccessful. I am running into the same frustrating road block. Phone calls are useless and every attempt to request my W2, or ask how to obtain it, has resulted in the same answer over and over again and I am instructed to login to the employee portal (which is locked, as I stated above). This has just been a circle of getting no where and no one has been able to help.
    I see a post above from January 2020 from a former employee looking for the same answer as I am, yet it’s July 2020 and this question is yet to be answered.
    Now I can’t file my taxes and I have 5 hours left until the deadline ends because no one has been able to assist me in retrieving my W2.
    Can anyone please answer the question regarding how a FORMER employee can access their W2?
    The employee portal is locked for all former employees.
    The front desk/store does not have the W2.
    All phone calls requesting assistance are telling me to login to the employee portal that is locked.

    Where/how can a former employee access their W2 (when the website is not an option and the store does not have the W2).

    I would greatly appreciate an answer as it is July 15th, 2020 and taxes were due today and I am yet to receive any helpful information in obtaining my W2.
