How to Access Target Pay Stubs & W2s Online?

Target Corporation is a prominent American retailer and one of the world’s most recognized brands. Headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, it is the seventh-largest retailer in the United States and a constituent of the S&P 500 Index. Target is known for offering exceptional value, inspiration, innovation, and a superior guest experience that differentiates it from other retailers. The company is committed to responsible corporate citizenship, ethical business practices, environmental stewardship, and extensive community support. Since its establishment in 1946, Target has consistently donated 5 percent of its profits to communities. Initially, Target started as the discount division of Dayton’s department store in 1962 and later expanded nationwide. It presented new store formats under the Target brand in the 1990s and underwent a rebranding as Target Corporation in 2000. Despite facing challenges such as a significant security breach and the failure of its Canadian subsidiary, Target achieved renewed success through expansion in urban markets. Target operates 1950 stores across the United States, including discount stores, hypermarkets, and small-format stores consolidated under the Target brand. Target Corporation provides its associates convenient online portals to access their pay stubs and W2 forms. Let’s discuss how Target associates navigate the process of accessing their pay stubs and tax forms through the Workday and PaperlessEmployee portals.

Accessing Target Pay Stubs and W2s Online: A Step-by-Step Guide

Target Corporation distributes pay stubs and tax forms through two separate portals. Pay stubs are accessed through the Workday self-service portal, providing convenient access to active associates’ personal and payment information. It allows them to view and maintain payslips, tax withholding elections, payment elections, review time off, and update name and address information. On the other hand, W-2 forms are distributed through a self-service portal called PaperlessEmployee. If team members haven’t received their W2 forms by February 6th, it could be due to a change of address or a mail issue. They can log in through Paperless Employee using the Workday link to retrieve their tax form and create an account if needed. They can contact the Target HR Operations Center at 1-800-394-1885 for further assistance.
