Navigating Online Pay Stubs with P&J’s Doculivery System

Navigating the My P&J Paycheck Stubs to access pay stubs has been streamlined by Phillips & Jordan, Inc. (P&J), ensuring that its over 1,000 team members can securely view and manage their payment documentation online through the P&J Doculivery system.

Step 1: Accessing the Platform

If you’re an active P&J employee, begin by clicking on the Paycheck Stubs icon located on the “My P&J” homepage. For those not using the internal portal, directly visit https://my.doculivery.com/PandJ.

Step 2: Initial Login Credentials (User Name)

Your User ID is straightforward – it’s your Employee Number.

Step 3: Initial Login Credentials (Password)

For the initial password, use the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN).

Step 4:

Click “Log In”. As a first-time user, you’ll be prompted to change this temporary password and set up four security questions for added protection.

Step 5: Securing Your Account

Complete the Initial One-time setup:

  • Security Questions: Choose four distinct questions from the provided list and record your answers. Remember to save each response.
  • Password Update: Replace the initial password (last four digits of your SSN) with a new one. Ensure it’s at least six characters and includes one digit.
  • Email Setup: Provide a regularly accessed email address. This will be crucial for any account-related communications.

  • To print, choose ‘Print HTML Statement.’
  • For a PDF version, select ‘View as a PDF’.
  • To email your pay stub, there are three formats available: an Unencrypted PDF, an Embedded HTML, or an Encrypted PDF (this option requires a password for added security).
