How to Access Central Casting and Entertainment Partners Pay Stubs & W2s Online?
The myEP self-service portal provided by Central Casting and Entertainment Partners offers background actors a convenient and secure way to access their pay stubs and W-2 forms. Following the step-by-step guide in this post, you can create your myEP account, link it to your payroll profile, opt for paperless statements, and access your pay and tax statements online. Step 1: Creating Your myEP Account
To get started, visit my.EP.com and create an account. If you already have a Central Casting online profile, you can use a similar email and password to log in to myEP.
Step 2: Linking Your myEP Account to Your Payroll
Once you’ve logged in to your myEP account, you must link it to your EP payroll profile. To do this, follow these steps:
- Click on “Manage Account” in the main menu.
- Choose the “Settings” option.
- Click the “Connect Payroll Profile” button.
- Enter your SSN and verify your employment by providing net pay, check, or gross pay information.
Step 3: Accessing Your Pay Statements Online
To receive paperless pay stubs, follow these steps:
- Click the “My Pay” button in the main menu.
- Select the option for “Pay History.”
- Only wages paid by Central Casting or EP will appear in your pay history. If another payroll company pays you, it will not be reflected here.
- You’ll know you were paid by Central Casting when your production uses SmartVoucher or if your paper voucher mentions Central Casting and Entertainment Partners.
Step 4: Opting for Paperless Statements & Accessing Your Tax Statements Online
To go paperless with your W-2 forms, follow these steps:
- Click the “My Pay” button in the main menu.
- Choose the “Annual Tax Statements” option.
- Click the “Go Paperless for W-2s” button.
- Follow the steps wizard to complete the process.
- Once finished, you will have access to up to three years of past tax statements.
Important Reminder:
Please remember that casting and payroll functions are handled separately. If you make any changes to your information in myEP, ensure that you also update the same information in your Central Casting online profile.
