How to Access Day & Zimmermann Pay Stubs and W-2s Online
Day & Zimmermann partners with Paperless Employee to process and distribute W-2 tax forms and provide online access to pay stubs. Employees who were compensated during the tax year will receive a W-2 by the end of January. Benefits-eligible employees will also receive Form 1095-C, typically available in early March. (Note: Form 1095-C is not required to file taxes.)

- Receive email notifications when paychecks or end-of-year tax forms are available.
- Access electronic original tax forms through January 31st or early.
- View or print pay stubs and tax documents as PDFs.
- If you choose electronic delivery, you will not receive mailed copies.

- For your first login, enter:
- Employee ID Number (no leading zeros)
- Social Security Number
- Date of Birth
- Select “Create Account” and follow the prompts.
- Create a personal User ID and password.
