TravelCenters of America employees can access their Pay Stubs and W2s through the PeopleSoft Employee Self-Service Portal, utilizing the Oracle Single Sign-On (SSO) process. Here’s how:
Portal Login:
- Visit the PeopleSoft Employee Self-Service Portal at https://employee.ta-petro.com/psp/employee/EXTERNAL/?cmd=login.
- Sign in by providing your login ID and Password, and then view your Pay Stub and Time.
First-Time Users:
- Click on the “New to PeopleSoft” link below the sign-in panel to set up your password.
- Provide your 9-digit Employee ID (found on your first manually issued pay stub) to authenticate your identity.
- Enter your 9-digit Social Security number, date of birth, and zip code.
- Answer security questions prompted by the PeopleSoft system to generate your password, ensuring it meets the system’s requirements for length and complexity.
Password Reset:
- Existing users who have forgotten their password can reset it by clicking on the “Trouble Logging In” link for password reset instructions.
Updating Personal Information:
- After your initial login, update your personal information, benefits enrollment, tax withholdings, and direct deposit details.
